Happy Chinese New Year! | Sunday, February 18, 2007
Happy Chinese/Vietnamese New Year! This is Winter_Stargirl ... hmm, I know, I've been gone for a while, haven't I?
I owe you guys all an apology, especially to Vickie =.= I know I haven't been translating for a long time ... the two weeks during which I was away on holidays and the weeks since school started for me. I've been trying to little articles here and there but my slacking off is getting so bad that I'm just going to have to announce that I'm going on hiatus.
Uhm, yeah.
I shouldn't be gone too long ... I have a few bits of work that's just driving me plain nuts that I've got to get out of the way first and I need to learn how to manage my time. When that's accomplished, I can start going back to my ordinary Net life again, LOL!
I just started Year 10 this year and yeah, it's a lot harder for me. The workload has increased and the teachers are much more inconsiderate. Last year we got at least a week to write a story, now I only get two days. I'm doing so badly this year, I've already handed in three pieces of work late.
School is my number one priority, I have to get that fixed up first. I want to keep helping with The Beehive as much as I want to get good grades at school so I can promise you guys that I will try hard! Hope that you guys can give me some support la =)
Anyways, for this Chinese New Year I wish for everyone to be healthy and happy. Good luck in everything you guys do and I hope you guys can reach your goals and make your dreams come true! Right now I'm listening to Raymond's new song, courtesy of Fox. He really has an amazing voice that even the fans' loud, loud screams cannot cover (ha ha.) I hope that he can release an album this year, because I know that that's what he and his fans want the most. I hope Raymond can be finally recognised for his singing and performing talents and become even more popular.
Here's the link to the song and again, thank you Fox: http://www.sendspace.com/file/7sr739
The song name is "Jue Ding," meaning "Decide."
To finish up I want to send a big blessing and thanks to Vickie for helping me out with The Beehive! Seriously, if I didn't have Vickie, The Beehive's last update would probably have been from a month ago, LOL. Thanks Vickie jie so much! You're really so kind and I love how you love helping fans and how you're so supportive of Raymond. You make us all feel so loved. Raymond and all of us are lucky to have you =)
Again, Happy Chinese New Year to all! And may you guys all get a lot of red pockets (ha ha, I just had to say that!)

Winter_Stargirl: Surprise, surprise! New layout ^^ It's kinda random, but hope you guys still like it! It doesn't particularly match the upcoming celebrations of Christmas and New Year, though; perhaps I can try and make one for Chinese New Year? A gold and red colour scheme?

The Beehive thanks ...
Fung's Label, Raymond's previous official website and its
webmistress, Sasa, for providing so much of Raymond's news and
information. Without FL, many of Raymond's fans would've been
like little losties, without any clue as to where to find
Raymond's news. FL kept us informed and updated for a total of
2 years. It officially closed on the 21st August 2006, but I
would still always remember it.
52raymond.com, also known as the Lam House.
It was my source of Raymond's media. The fans
there updated new clips or songs of Raymond's very quickly. It
was a brilliant forum, a true home to Raymond's fans. It
officially closed on the 1st September 2006, but I would still
always remember it.
Vickie. She's my beautiful Net friend with a strong command of the
Chinese language and very frequently she helps me with
translations. She's also excellent when it comes to graphics
and even though I haven't actually used any of her graphics in
The Beehive, I still thought that it was worth mentioning.
