Raymond Lam, who is currently working on new series, New Breath of Love in Su Zhou, filmed a bed scene with the leading lady, Tammy Chen, yesterday. The two were tangled together, kissing on the bed. However, the leading lady had a boil on her lip, though Raymond didn’t seem to mind and even joked that if they went too far with the kissing and the boil popped, he’d had no choice but to swallow it, at least that way they won’t NG. This act is indeed very self-sacrificing.
TVB siu sang (the name for famous, younger generation actors) Raymond Lam partnered with pretty girl Tammy Chen for new series, New Breath of Love. Because the two are playing a couple, it is hard to avoid having to do kissing scenes on the bed. Even though this scene is not very hot, Raymond still revealed his chest for the scene, and on the bed, bent down to gently kiss Tammy. Before the scene, both of them also did some preparations for each other. Raymond was chewing some gum, hoping to leave his mouth fresh, and Tammy, strangely, was eating coffee powder, saying that it could help hide bad breath and also stimulate the mind. She also said that she won’t go to the bathroom too much and wondered whether Raymond’s mouth was full of the taste of coffee after the first round of shooting.
Before the filming, Raymond discovered that Tammy had a boil on the corner of her lip, and expressed that he was worried that it’d pop during the scene. But when Tammy asked him what they should do, Raymond answered very seriously, “If it pops then there’s no choice but to swallow it. It’s not like we should call, ‘Cut’.” As to this bed scene, Raymond admitted that in La Femme Desperado he had filmed one with Sheren Tang as well, but this time it was much more intense, as they would have to strip. And as to whether or not they’d feel awkward? Raymond said, “No, because on the first day of filming there were already some kissing scenes.” Would there be any psychological reactions during the filming of a bed scene? “Of course not! We’re all very professional. Every time we finish a scene we would watch the clip and share our thoughts on the scene.” Raymond has seemingly gained some weight, and he admitted that he has gained two or three pounds, and without being in the sun, his skin has also whitened quite a lot.
This series should finish filming in mid-July. The famous Japanese band, Morning Niang’s member, Song Pu Ya Mi (Mandarin pronunciation), sings the theme song, and the composer is Gu Cun Xin Si (Mandarin pronunciation).

And as to how he would handle it if the boil popped during the scene? Laughing, Raymond said, “We can’t call ‘cut’ so there’s no choice but to swallow it!”

Yesterday, Raymond Lam and Taiwanese artist, Tammy Chen, were filming in Su Zhou, Shanghai, for a Hong Kong and Taiwanese collaboration, Love’s New Breath. In the hotel room, they were filming a bed scene, but leading lady Tammy was not dressed in any sexy clothes. She and Raymond were staring at each other in a sentimental-deep way before engaging in intimate kisses. And after Raymond stripped his shirt off, he unbuttoned one of Tammy’s shirt buttons and this is where the scene ended.
No psychological reactions
The two artists expressed that they chewed some gum before the scene, and Tammy said, “I have a boil on the corner of my lip.” Raymond immediately said, “I’m scared I might pop her boil.” Tammy laughed and said, “The camera won’t stop. If you’re scared then just swallow it!” Asking whether Raymond feels embarrassed to be filming these types of scenes, he said, “Because we’ve been working together for a period of time, we know each other quite well now and there won’t be any psychological reactions.” Morning Niang’s member, Song Pu Ya Mi, sings this series’ theme song; the composer is Gu Cun Xin Si.

Raymond’s appearance was very bold, one of the rare occasions where he sacrificed his body, appearing topless and even sexier than Tammy. In the series he has a lot of intimate scenes with Tammy, so this should’ve been a familiar task and handled with ease, but because this bed scene was the most intense one he has ever filmed, Raymond was a little nervous. He said, “Ai ya, it felt even hotter without the shirt than with the shirt, after all it is a bed scene, and Tammy is so hot!” Will there be any psychological reactions? “Well, that, no. We’re both professional and we don’t think anything about it. I don’t have too much experience in this area, but I knew to chew some gum beforehand, and Tammy had some coffee powder. She said besides being able to hide bad breath, you won’t have to go to the toilet either.” Then did you taste any coffee? “I was too into the scene, didn’t feel it.”
Swallowing the boil
Even though she lost to Raymond in the sex appeal, Tammy was still the focus of the day. Having a boil on the corner of her lip, she innocently became the target of everyone, and Raymond was also teasing her. “If I burst her boil then there’d be no choice but to swallow it because we can’t just suddenly ask the director to call cut in the middle of it. I should’ve helped her pop the boil before.” Apparently, this series will be releasing an Original Soundtrack, and Gu Cun Xin Si composed the theme song, and ex-member of Morning Niang, Song Pu Ya Mi sings the theme song.

Raymond Lam Fung and Tammy Chan Yi Yung were filming a bed scene yesterday for their new series, "New Breath of Love." Raymond not only appeared topless for the scene, but he had to share a kiss with Tammy, who had a cyst on her lips!
The scene was filming at a hotel in Suzhou and Raymond revealed his "two points" in the scene. Although Raymond and Tammy share several intimate scenes in the series, Raymond was quite anxious, "After I took off my shirt, I felt even hotter than with my shirt on! Afterall, Tammy is quite hot!"
The reporter asked if Raymond had any physical reaction? "No, we are both professional actors." Raymond also said that he was too involved in the acting and did not notice Tammy's coffee after taste.
Raymond mentioned that he was afraid that he would accidentally burst the cyst on Tammy's lip. The reporter noticed that Raymond has gained a bit of weight. "I haven't had the time to work out; I only gained 2-3 extra pounds."
The new series, "New Breath of Love" will feature the original actors' voices and the theme song will be sung by Morning Monsume.
